We bring to your event the experience of an entertaining low to high profile DJ personality and the knowledge of a master music mixer. We guarantee to arrive with professional equipment. We use Dell M1730 computers, Western Digital 2TB external hard drives, VocoPro UHF-3200 dual wireless microphone systems, Numark NS7 Console DJ Controller, Gemini XTR-500 all in one amplifier and speaker systems, Amercan DJ speaker stands, American DJ, Chavet and other intelligent lighting systems. We further guarantee to have back up equipment at every event, should there be some type of equipment failure.
We feel that talking to clients on the phone and accepting bookings by mail is never enough. We never verbally accept a booking by phone. We guarantee to invite all clients to our studio in Temple Hills, Md. for a private consultation to meet their DJ in person, and see our sound equipment and lighting in action. We prefer this method of business. It adds a personal touch and assures our clients will get what they pay for. It also assures that the Client and DJ are on the same page with no unexpected personality clashes at the last minute.
“Music For All Of You” Mobile DJ Service guarantees to help you plan your wedding reception or private event, including all the activities that will occur. This can take from as little as a couple of hours to 15-20 hours of preparation time spent on your wedding reception or private event, depending on the complexity of your event. We also provide you with UNLIMITED meetings in person, via the telephone, or email, to ensure we get every detail correct. There is NEVER a consultation fee. When you choose “Music For All Of You” Mobile DJ Service, you are not just paying for a performance during your event, you're getting a 15-25 hour package deal.
"Music For All Of You" Mobile DJ Service guarantees that once your event has been booked, and your contract has been signed, your event will be the only event we perform on your booked date. We guarantee that your DJ, Tom Spencer, and Hostess, Brenda McClintock, will be the only persons performing at your event. We will always be able to stay longer if your party is going well, and you wish to extend our service. We will never over-book (accept 2 events in one day), or cancel your booking for a higher priced booking.
Many large DJ companies often hire independent DJs, and then book them with back to back wedding receptions or private parties on the same day. When I worked for a large DJ company, I was often booked for two events per day. This was difficult, and by the time I would get to the second booking, I was often exhausted, or I would be late getting to the second booking with barely enough time to set up. I vowed when I started my own DJ business that I would not over-book.
"Music For All Of You" Mobile DJ Service guarantees to PAY a second DJ to be on standby for every event we entertain. This DJ will be experienced, hand-picked, and trained by Tom. The backup DJ will be informed of your itinerary long before your event takes place, and available to entertain, even if we don't use the backup DJ. The only way we would send a backup DJ to your event is if Tom has an unforeseen accident or illness. If our back-up disc jockey fails to show up at your event, we'll refund you 200%. This adds an extra layer of insurance for our customers.
We show up at all events 1 to 2 hours early for setup and sound check. If we ever arrive after your contract start time, we will refund you for the lost time. We never charge a surcharge for travel time or equipment setup. We always work hard to make your wedding reception or private entertainment event unique and one-of-a-kind.
